A lithium battery manufacturer built around one idea: the pack should still be doing its job in year three.
JRP Smart Energy designs and builds LiFePO4 battery packs, management electronics, chargers and lithium inverters for electric mobility and energy storage. Everything is made in-house, on one floor, by people who can be asked why a decision was made.
India is a hard place to run a traction battery. Vehicles charge daily, often outdoors, often in heat that would be considered extreme elsewhere, and usually by someone who is not thinking about the battery at all. We build for that, not for a datasheet.
What we are responsible for
Cell selection and grading
Cells are capacity-tested and internal-resistance measured on arrival, then grouped into matched batches before anything is built.
Pack and BMS engineering
Series and parallel layout, thermal spacing, protection thresholds and balancing strategy are decided together, not bolted on.
Test and validation
Every pack is cycled against its rated capacity and every protection path is deliberately triggered before dispatch.
After-sales
Three years warranty and one year of service, handled by the people who built the pack.
