Lithium BMS
Smart battery management with active balancing, Bluetooth telemetry and the full set of protection paths.
The BMS is what turns a block of cells into a battery. Ours supervise every cell group individually rather than watching the pack terminals, which is the difference between catching an out-of-balance cell and discovering it when the pack fails.
Protection and management
Over-charge protection
Charging terminates when the first cell reaches 3.65 V, not when the pack sum reaches a target.
Over-discharge protection
The load disconnects at the lower cell threshold, before deep discharge strips capacity permanently.
Short-circuit protection
A terminal fault is detected and interrupted in microseconds, inside the thermal limit of the cells.
Temperature protection
Charge is inhibited below 0 °C and output cut above the safe ceiling, sensed at the cell block.
Active balancing
Charge is moved between cells rather than burnt off, so usable capacity tracks the pack rather than its weakest cell.
Current monitoring
Continuous charge and discharge measurement feeds both the protection thresholds and the state-of-charge estimate.
