These terms cover use of this website and the supply of JRP Smart Energy products. Where a signed purchase agreement exists between us, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Quotations
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock and material cost at the time of order.
Delivery
Lead times are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.
Specification
Estimated range and performance figures are indicative and depend on installation, load and conditions of use.
Product use
Products must be installed, charged and maintained per the supplied guidance. Misuse voids warranty.
Warranty
Three years, plus one year of service, subject to the warranty policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction to be confirmed.
Specifications on this site are published in good faith and kept current. Figures marked “to be confirmed” are exactly that, and should not be relied on for a purchasing decision until published.
