Quality control that only happens at the end catches problems too late to fix cheaply. Checks sit at the three points where a defect can still be contained: what comes in, what happens on the line, and what goes out.
Three checkpoints
Incoming inspection
Cells capacity-tested and IR-measured before they can be issued to the line. Out-of-band cells are rejected, not downgraded.
In-process checks
Weld joints resistance-checked, sense wiring verified against the balancing map, torque and polarity confirmed.
Final validation
Full capacity cycle plus deliberate triggering of every protection path, logged against the serial.
