Draft pending legal review

This document is a working draft prepared alongside the website build. It has not been reviewed by a legal advisor and should be checked against current Indian law before the site goes live.

Every JRP lithium battery pack is serialised and its factory test results recorded, so a claim is assessed against how that specific unit actually left the line rather than against a general assumption.
