Warranty Registration
Register your pack so a future claim can be assessed against its build record.
Registration links your pack serial to your purchase. Because every unit’s test results are recorded at manufacture, a registered pack can be assessed against exactly how it left the factory.
What registration needs
- Product model
- Pack serial number
- Date of purchase
- Dealer or retailer name
- Vehicle it is fitted to
- Your name, phone and email
Registration form in build
The online registration form is part of the business-management system currently being built, so that registrations, service requests and warranty claims all land in one place. Until it is live, send the details above by WhatsApp or email and we will register the pack for you.
Register now, by message
Send the vehicle, the voltage and the range you need. Our technical team will come back with a pack architecture, the matching charger and an indicative lead time.
