Manufacturing Facility
One floor, sequenced from cell intake to dispatch.
The facility is laid out as a line rather than as stations: cells enter at one end, are graded, built into modules, integrated with their management board, tested, validated and packed, and leave at the other. Nothing skips a stage, and every stage leaves a record against the pack serial.

Cell intake and grading
Capacity and internal-resistance testing, then sorting into matched batches.
Module assembly
Cells set into holders at fixed spacing for airflow and thermal separation.
Welding
Nickel strip spot-welded to a controlled schedule, every joint resistance-checked.
BMS integration
Board fitted, sense wires landed in order, balancing map verified cell by cell.
Test and validation
Full charge-discharge cycling and deliberate triggering of every protection path.
Packing and dispatch
Shipped at storage state of charge in transport-rated packaging.
