Testing & Validation
What every unit passes through before it is allowed to leave.
Validation is deliberately adversarial. We do not confirm that the pack works; we confirm that each of its protections stops it working when it should.
Validation sequence
- 01 Capacity cycle Full charge and discharge measured against the rated capacity.
- 02 Over-charge trip Charging driven until the BMS terminates at the first cell reaching 3.65 V.
- 03 Over-discharge trip Load applied until the BMS disconnects at the lower cell threshold.
- 04 Short-circuit trip Fault condition applied and interruption time confirmed.
- 05 Temperature inhibit Sensor thresholds verified for both charge inhibit and output cut.
- 06 Balance verification Cell-group voltages read across the full series to confirm the balancing map.
