Warranty
Three years warranty and one year of free service — and what each of those actually covers.
A warranty is only as good as the process behind it. Because every pack is serialised and its test results recorded, a claim can be assessed against how that specific unit left the factory.

The most common rejected claim
Charging a pack with a charger built for a different architecture. A 69.4 V charger on a 48V pack will damage cells beyond what the BMS can prevent, and that damage is not a manufacturing defect.

Send the vehicle, the voltage and the range you need. Our technical team will come back with a pack architecture, the matching charger and an indicative lead time.
