Graded and capacity-matched LiFePO4 and Li-ion cells, supplied loose or as prepared modules.
Every cell we sell has been through the same intake process as the cells that go into our own packs: capacity tested, internal resistance measured, and sorted into matched batches. Ungraded cells are cheaper and they are why so many packs disappoint in year two.
How cells are supplied
Loose graded cells
Sorted into capacity and internal-resistance bands, with the measured values recorded against the batch.
Prepared modules
Cells already set into holders at correct spacing and welded, ready for BMS integration.
Matched sets
Complete series sets matched to each other, for builders who want the grading done but the assembly in-house.
