Counterfeit and relabelled lithium packs are a real problem in this market, and a fake pack with a real-looking sticker is dangerous as well as disappointing. Verification lets a buyer confirm what they have.
What verification will return
Product and model
Confirmation that the serial belongs to a pack JRP actually built, and which model it is.
Manufacturing date
When the pack was built and which batch it belongs to.
Warranty status
Whether the pack is within its warranty and service period.
Serial and QR verification is being built as part of the business-management system, since it needs the production records behind it to mean anything. Until it is live, send a serial number and we will verify it manually.
