EV Lithium Battery Packs

LiFePO4 traction packs in 48V, 60V and 72V architectures — eight production models across the range.

The series voltage sets the bus, the capacity sets the energy, and together they set the range. Every pack uses lithium iron phosphate cells under a smart BMS with active balancing, in a powder-coated steel enclosure sized for two- and three-wheeler duty.

Series count is derived from the charge cut-off at 3.65 V per cell, which is what makes each architecture and its charger inseparable.

Estimated range is measured on a standard electric two-wheeler at moderate load. Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure, ambient temperature and riding style.

Six protection paths

Over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit, temperature, cell balancing and current monitoring — each one triggered and logged before dispatch.

Matched cells

Graded on capacity and internal resistance so the weakest cell is not setting the ceiling for the whole pack.

3 years warranty

Plus one year of free service. Keep the original invoice and warranty card to raise a claim.
