48V Series
Sixteen LiFePO4 cells in series — 51.2 V nominal, terminating at 58.4 V. The entry architecture for electric two-wheelers.
The entry architecture for electric two-wheelers. Sixteen LiFePO4 cells in series give a 51.2 V nominal bus that terminates at 58.4 V, matched to a 6 A or 10 A charger depending on pack capacity.

Models in this series
Capacity is the only variable across the series — the cell chemistry, series count and protection architecture are identical in every model.
| Model | Capacity | Energy | Estimated range | Matched charger |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 48V / 30A | 30 Ah | 1.54 kWh | 60+ km | 58.4V / 6A |
| 48V / 45A | 45 Ah | 2.30 kWh | 70+ km | 58.4V / 10A |
| 48V / 60A | 60 Ah | 3.07 kWh | 80+ km | 58.4V / 10A |
Estimated range is measured on a standard electric two-wheeler at moderate load. Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure, ambient temperature and riding style.

Choosing within the series
48V / 30A
The commuter pack. 60+ km estimated on a 6 A charger — the lightest and least expensive way into lithium.
48V / 45A
The middle option at 70+ km, charging on 10 A. Most replacement fitments land here.
48V / 60A
80+ km for riders doing long daily distances or carrying load on a 48V vehicle.
A 48V pack must be charged at 58.4 V. A 60V charger terminates at 69.4 V and would drive every cell far past its safe limit. Always use the charger specified for the architecture.
